We recognised many years ago that to provide clean room products and facilities, we needed to be able to offer design and application advice so that our customers could make informed decisions on the most effective facility for them and, in some cases, to be able to consider alternatives.

On larger installations, or total turnkey projects, our wide experience and continually updated design and installation engineering knowledge can be of great value to you when planning new or extended facilities.

For all applications of whatever size we offer:

To help you to appraise the best product or installation for your purpose.

To help you with layouts, planning, alternatives and to ensure that we understand fully your site, processes, products and requirements.

CAD produced pictorial, 3D and plan drawings of all fabric, plant (including ductwork) and air handling equipment, all produced before installation commences.

Full details of fabric, plant, air handling, filtration, air conditioning, heating and control specifications when we provide a quotation.

Specification of the appropriate clean room standards that the facility will meet.

If the installation or plant platforms require building regulations approval then we will prepare all necessary calculations and submission details for you to gain consent.

We offer a full range of cleanroom installation capabilities. This can include full turnkey projects that include all plant, ductwork, walls, floors, ceilings, control systems, internal fittings, storage equipment, site management, final validation and staff training.

Alternatively we can operate as your nominated subcontractor concentrating solely on one or more components of the overall project.

We will provide the following as part of our installation package:

  • Detailed drawings.

  • A project plan showing target dates and durations for all the separate elements.

  • Risk assessments and method statements to meet fully with Health & Safety and CDM requirements.

  • Site facilities and control where appropriate.

  • All lifting and access equipment necessary.

  • Constant progress updates on all aspects of the installation.

  • All personal protection equipment for the installers on site. Barriers and fences where necessary to protect other staff and visitors.

  • COSHH hazard assessments for any toxic materials or potentially contaminating materials.

Most importantly we will work with you to build the facility with the least disruption to your existing operations and to the highest standards possible. Our intention is to support you in achieving your operational goals by providing the best advice and products and by installing the most effective facility.

Over the last twenty years Clean Room Installation Services Ltd have completed many projects throughout the UK and worldwide.

Our design staff have many years experience, often with main manufacturers before joining us and we are able to draw upon support from many industry sources and many close key service contractors with whom we frequently work.
